The local junior hockey association had a girl's 4-17 try it free session today so Kira was able to go and try it with all the gear (minus socks and jersey). She did really good for about half an hour and then I think she got a bit frustrated by not being able to do what she wanted to do and wanted off. She was able to skate fine and she could hit the puck so I was quite proud. I wish she would have stayed out longer though.
