18 Months!

Kira is 18 Months! ( well, tomorrow) Chewy hiding a bone in Kira's toys. Who needs to buy toys when there is an empty diaper box around? Kira had a fever for a few days so she was just running around in a diaper but she decided she needed to wear her boots as well :) Kira's new "big girl" room. She has not slept in the bed yet, we are going to wait until she is feeling better to tackle that.

28 Weeks, Bry's snow hut and Valentines Day.

28 Weeks is finally here! Very happy about that. Can't wait for the next 12 weeks to fly by. We had a very eventful weekend with friends coming up to spend the weekend with us. The boys decided to build their yearly snow hut and winter camp but this year when they were done with building they realized how old they were and decided to come back down, order a pizza and sleep in their own beds. We also had a chewy emergency, He had to be taken to the vet at 2:30am on Saturday morning because he couldn't breath. He has a collapsing trachea that is in pretty bad shape so now he is on a steroid, antibiotics and a sedative. After a week if he is not better we may have to put him down. I am hopeful though and he has sounded so much better these past two days since they put him on the steroid. Keep your fingers crossed for the little man, He is my first baby!

She is doing amazing so far and measuring right on. I felt her kick for the first time at 16 weeks and Bryan felt her at 18 weeks. So much earlier then with Kira. Our due date is May 16th, very much looking forward to it :)

The Holidays.

We were so thrilled to have Bryan's parents and Grandma Howard out for a visit over Christmas and New Year's. Kira was loved on the entire time (Of course!) and Bryan and I were able to enjoy the occasional nap and sleeping in. We found out the week after Christmas that we are going to have another little girl in May! Poor Bry, he is going to be outnumbered, don't even get him thinking about the teen years :) We also decided to sell our house, it went on the market today and hopefully we will be out of it by time the new baby comes. We are not overly confident in that seeing the market is awful but our fingers are crossed. A lot is going on but we had a wonderful time over the Holidays and can't wait to see what this year brings.
