And so it starts. You can see Grandpa Howard with Kira in the background. Kit really didn't like it yet. She just kept saying "Noise! Noise!" It was really cold and the snow was pretty icy so it was pretty noisy.

After lots of eating and watching Christmas movies the girls got to open one gift....New pajamas!

Kira was so excited to see Santa that she ran right over and gave him a hug.




Kit was not as happy to sit with Santa.
I had to hold her hand and she just kept saying "down, down".
Kira was so excited though and loved every minute. She was just
shaking with excitement. She didn't tell Santa what she wanted
but we assured her that he knew just what she wanted.

You have to love watching how excited a kid gets about a decorated tree.

Kit is 19 months now! She is putting two and three word sentences together now. It is so fun to listen to her. She also sings by herself in her crib...we love that. It is so cute! She also is loving all the Christmas decorations and we can't wait to see their faces on Christmas.

Kira is 3 years and 3 months! She is so excited for Christmas and asks everyday if Christmas is tomorrow. She is loving every bit of getting ready for Christmas. She is still such a big helper only now she actually helps! It is very exciting :)

I have never, and I mean NEVER had such a hard time taking Christmas pictures before. I couldn't take Kit's until after lunch because she was just in an emotional uproar all morning and after lunch I couldn't get Kira to sit for anything so there are very few good pictures of them together since there was a window of about five minutes they both wanted to do this. Thankfully we got a couple we like so enjoy!
